This is a really cool and smart E-Book UI-Prototype Demo - i'd like to see in the real world. This would give virtual books a more realistic touch.
Fast Access to Your iPhone Setting Toggles
If you need quick access to the setting toggles of your iPhone (e.g. Airplane Mode, Bluetooth on/off, WiFi on/off ...) there was no other way than start the settings app and navigate trough the menue until you reach the desired toggle. There exist an app for jailbreaked iPhones but you need to jailbreak your iPhone - until now.
Jeff Broderick has found a way to put icon shortcuts directly on your iPhone homescreen. He offers his solution on his website brdrck.me/settings for free. Please visit the site with your iPhone - it works with the iPad, too - and choose the toggle shortcuts you like. Tap on the prefered toggle icon and install the offered profile. Now you should have access to a shortcut to your selected setting toggle.
